Skyport Tycoon

Skyport Tycoon puts you in charge of a tiny airstrip and asks you to grow it into a bustling hub. You schedule flights, build terminals, hire staff, and try to keep passengers happy without going broke. It scratches that management-brain itch nicely.

The systems layer up gradually. Early on it's just landing planes on time, but soon you're juggling maintenance, weather delays, and route planning. I liked that the numbers stay readable even when things get complex.

It does lean on waiting for timers, which some players won't love. But the core loop of watching your airport fill with activity kept me coming back.
